We’re dropping a quick note in our feed to remind you that we’re on vacation and won’t be releasing a full episode on June 15, but also to tease a couple of upcoming episodes—including a couple on Homer’s Odyssey and Christopher Nolan’s film of the same name!

If you haven’t done so already, have a listen to our episode on The Return, a 2024 film adaptation of the Odyssey starring Ralph Fiennes and Juliette Binoche:
Hi, I'm Emily.
Cam:I'm Cam.
Emily:And we're your hosts here at Have Toga, Will Travel. We wanted to remind you all that we are on vacation, and so there will not be a June 15th episode.
Cam:We do really appreciate you checking in, and we appreciate all the support you've given us over the first season.
Emily:Our first year.
Cam:Our first whole year, yeah. So in the interim, while you're waiting for new episodes to come out, please remember to check out our blog, where among other things, you'll find a photo essay about the Hadrian's Wall trips we've done over the past few years, which will complement our last four podcast episodes. You can find those posts on our webpage at www.havetogawilltravel.com, and we'll also post links to them in our show notes.
Emily:And then we will be back on July 1st with a new episode on the film Thermae Romae.
Cam:This is an interesting Japanese movie about the ancient Roman world, which we're inspired to talk about mostly because of our vacation to Japan.
Emily:And then our next couple of episodes after that are going to be on The Odyssey and on the Christopher Nolan film on The Odyssey that's coming out in July. So those are just some things that you can look forward to over the coming months.
Cam:Yeah, The Odyssey film will potentially be the film of the summer. So we're interested in talking about The Odyssey itself and in giving you our thoughts on the movie. But while we're waiting for that, you can also go back and check the third episode ever in this podcast, an episode on another interpretation of the Odyssey on film, The Return. And you'll find that link in our show notes, too. If you haven't listened to that already, that's a great place to start if you're getting excited about the upcoming Christopher Nolan film.
Emily:And excited can mean a lot of things.
Cam:Right. Could be a disaster. Could be great.
Emily:Yeah.
Cam:We'll see.
Emily:We're going to see. Anyhow, that's all. Thank you all so much for listening. And we look forward to being in your ears again on July 1st.
Cam:See you in a couple weeks.
